The challenge of this project was to manufacture a set of double gates filled with rocks to represent a moving rock wall.
Products used on the project included
• Beninca Bob 50E 24v worm drive swing operators
• Beninca Brainy 24+ Control Board
• DEA Digipro keypad
• DEA linear A safety beams
• ECA 680kg Magnetic locks
• Structural steel frames (galvanised)
• Lots and lots of rocks!
The gates needed to operate perfectly as if they are 40kg gates, with all safety features. The brackets were expected to all be as slim line as possible while needing to be over engineered for strength in pushing such a unique gate.
